Through strategic interventions, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing support, we create environments where employees thrive, teams excel, and businesses prosper, ultimately contributing to the well-being of both individuals and organizations in the ever-evolving landscape of work.
Cultivate a world where every committed organization understands and leverages human behavior in the workplace, leading to positive sustainable growth.
"Partnering with Dr. Spradlin and Vitruvian has been amazing. Vitruvian’s professional and knowledgeable IO staff are extremely customer-centric and focused on outcomes. Sarah's impact on our support of TSA CX has been incredible. We would not have been able to pull off the 2023 TSA Passenger Experience Survey (PES) without her. I look forward to working with Sarah and her team for years to come."
